The Facilities Coordinator acts as the primary point of contact for urgent facilities issues and emergency callouts during weekends and public holidays. They are responsible for managing maintenance requests, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining accurate records within the CAFM system.

The EV Construction & Delivery Manager will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of EV charging infrastructure projects, from feasibility and design to construction and commissioning. They will coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and utility providers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Oversee the delivery of third-party EV charging infrastructure projects across the Moto estate as the client-side construction lead. Act as the primary bridge between internal teams, charge point operators, and contractors to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient project execution.
