The Driver Recruiter will communicate with company driver applicants throughout the onboarding process to recruit and hire qualified individuals. They will source candidates for various driving roles and update the ATS with current candidate information.

Develop and lead recruitment programs to attract Owner Operators and Company Drivers while managing the full recruitment cycle. Create training modules for the recruiting department and enhance the onboarding experience for new drivers.
