Senior Engineers will take on leadership roles, be responsible for project delivery, and serve as technical leads on complex projects, performing structural design and detailing of railroad bridge components with limited guidance. They will also assist Project Managers in identifying issues, developing solutions, and supervising the work of Junior Engineers.
