Provide tiered support and coaching to a caseload of MiEarly Apprentice participants to ensure successful program completion and credential attainment. Collaborate with education partners to design support systems and maintain detailed records for state and federal grants.

The Program Manager will design and manage systems and resources to launch early childhood programs and support the MiEarly Apprentice cohort. Key duties include managing partner relationships, providing coaching and feedback, and implementing data collection processes.
