This role involves leading the development and maintenance of program cost baselines and owning Earned Value Management (EVM) processes, primarily using Deltek Cobra. The analyst will also be responsible for developing, analyzing, and defending Estimates at Completion (EAC) while providing clear financial insights to leadership.

The Control Account Manager (CAM) is responsible for owning the full lifecycle of control account performance, including baseline planning, execution tracking, forecasting, and variance management for assigned complex programs. This role involves leading monthly control account reviews and ensuring alignment between cost and schedule performance through close partnership with Program Management and Program Controls.

The role involves developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated master schedules using tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, while collaborating with program managers and cross-functional teams to ensure schedule alignment with scope and objectives. Key duties include performing schedule quality checks, conducting risk analysis, supporting EVM processes, and preparing schedule-related metrics and reports for leadership and clients.
