The technician will travel to customer sites to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex Mitsubishi laser machinery. They are also responsible for documenting service activities and providing remote technical support to customers.

The Field Service Technician travels to customer facilities to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues on Mitsubishi machinery. They are also responsible for providing technical support via telephone and documenting all product problems and resolutions.
