The Franchisee Partner is responsible for establishing and operating a local resource center using the company's proven model. This includes completing a 90-day training program to master systems, operational logistics, and class facilitation.

Facilitate individual and group sessions focusing on emotional and behavioral regulation techniques. Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans while maintaining confidential client records.
