The Loan Coordinator will support the Private Lending team by managing the loan cycle, communicating with various stakeholders, and handling post-closing tasks. They are responsible for boarding loans, monitoring collateral files, and preparing essential loan documentation.

The main objective is to handle and filter all incoming maintenance requests through AppFolio, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely resolution of these requests for tenants and owners. Responsibilities also include communicating with landlords, onboarding new vendors, and participating in an on-call emergency rotation.
