The Employment Specialist supports individuals with brain injuries in finding and maintaining community employment or volunteer opportunities. Responsibilities include providing job coaching, case management, and acting as a liaison between participants and worksite supervisors.

Lead the Adjustment to Vision Loss Counseling Program by providing clinical oversight, supervising staff, and managing participant caseloads. The role involves developing counseling policies, coordinating referrals, and collaborating with leadership to expand services for underserved communities.
