The Payer Strategy & Partnerships Lead will own the payer ecosystem by identifying, negotiating, and managing contracts with health plans to expand access to doula care. This role involves building operational infrastructure, creating a payer playbook, and fostering collaborative relationships with over 20 payer organizations.

The Provider Growth Associate will expand the doula provider network by conducting outreach and building referral partnerships with healthcare organizations. They will also manage the lead qualification process and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new providers.

You will design and implement the foundational architecture of the platform while leading product development across the full stack. Additionally, you will collaborate with the founding team and customers to define the product roadmap and conduct user research to drive improvements.
