The Payer Strategy & Partnerships Lead will own the payer ecosystem by identifying, negotiating, and managing contracts with health plans to expand access to doula care. This role involves building operational infrastructure, creating a payer playbook, and fostering collaborative relationships with over 20 payer organizations.

You will design and implement the foundational architecture of the platform while leading product development across the full stack. Additionally, you will collaborate with the founding team and customers to define the product roadmap and conduct user research to drive improvements.
