The Aftermarket Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and maintaining conveyor equipment at customer sites. They must ensure installations meet safety and quality standards while effectively communicating project status to internal teams.

This role is primarily responsible for preparing accurate, timely, and competitive cost estimates and proposals for material handling equipment and integration projects, focusing exclusively on estimation and pre-sales support. The engineer will analyze RFQs, collaborate with internal teams for pricing, generate complete proposal packages, and maintain estimating tools.
