You will own the customer journey for Shopify Plus accounts, managing onboarding, renewals, and expansion while acting as a trusted advisor for data-driven growth. You will also collaborate with internal teams to drive product adoption, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to scaling onboarding processes.
