Provide cradle-to-grave contract support, including planning, solicitation, negotiation, and administration of federal contracts and financial assistance. Analyze procurement policies, manage project execution, and ensure deliverables meet the high standards of the Department of Energy and NNSA.

The consultant will provide strategic leadership and organizational support to help establish and grow the Department of Energy's AMMPT office.
