The engineer is responsible for troubleshooting and supporting enterprise backup technologies, including Veeam and Commvault, for managed services clients. This includes owning support tickets from intake to resolution and monitoring system alerts to ensure data protection SLAs are met.

Design, implement, and support managed service customer environments focusing on Windows Server and Citrix platforms. Act as an escalation point for support requests and participate in a weekly on-call rotation.
