You will own the health and business value of assigned client communities by acting as the primary point of accountability for strategy and performance. You will also collaborate with internal technical and creative teams to execute activations and provide executive-ready reporting on business impact.

Own the end-to-end customer intelligence data platform, including collection, ingestion, enrichment, and the API layer. Translate high-level visions into concrete system designs and roadmaps to drive the adoption of data products.

Lead the architecture and delivery of foundational AI and data systems, including production agent systems and evaluation pipelines. Design and optimize large-scale relational systems using PostgreSQL to handle millions of community messages.

Monitor communities to ensure safety by enforcing rules and handling escalations. Actively engage with community members and provide constructive feedback based on community interactions.
