Lead the design and development of foundational components for an Agentic AI platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build infrastructure supporting ML workflows and provide production support for platform stability.

Act as the primary advocate for federal customers by managing requirements, leading onboarding, and demonstrating product value. Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to ensure timely issue resolution and drive customer renewals.

You will embed with customer teams to design, build, and deploy custom agentic AI workflows that solve operational mission challenges. Additionally, you will act as a technical translator and feedback loop, integrating solutions into enterprise systems while influencing the core product roadmap.

The role involves leading the development of machine learning models and data-driven algorithms for high-impact projects, collaborating with product and platform teams to own ML solutions end-to-end. Responsibilities also include building, maintaining enterprise products, supporting production systems, and communicating modeling decisions and tradeoffs.
