Coordinate with producers and designers to manage multiple online and blended learning projects from inception to delivery. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Manage tier 2 support cases by troubleshooting complex product and hosting issues through deep-dive analysis of application backends. Collaborate with Development and Infrastructure teams to resolve bugs and create technical documentation to improve knowledge sharing.

The role involves taking full ownership of marketing reporting, multi-touch attribution, and data storytelling to serve as the source of truth for funnel conversion. Responsibilities include building BI dashboards, delivering leadership performance updates, and partnering with RevOps to maintain lead-to-revenue consistency.
