The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience by responding promptly via phone, email, or chat. Key duties include providing accurate product information, troubleshooting problems, documenting interactions in the CRM, and collaborating to improve service quality.

This role involves translating complex technical concepts into clear content, establishing documentation standards, and owning the documentation lifecycle from planning to publication.
