Lead field service operations by managing internal technicians and third-party providers to ensure high customer satisfaction and SLA compliance. Responsible for developing service strategies, optimizing dispatch operations, and overseeing warranty execution and reporting.

Develop and execute strategic relationships with vended and OPL customers to expand market share in the Pittsburgh territory. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to installation and customer training.

The role is responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of regional summit events, including venue sourcing and vendor management. Additionally, the specialist will handle event creative design, social media content, and post-event success analysis.

The Field Service Technician performs service support, upsells, and sells service contracts while servicing and repairing laundry equipment. They also coordinate and schedule service calls and support team projects as needed.
