You will lead the blueprint for AI-driven development by designing and deploying AI agents that accelerate the software development lifecycle. You will also partner with engineering teams to identify friction points and implement modern tooling to improve development velocity and quality.

You will improve developer experience across the engineering organization by identifying friction points, modernizing tools, and enabling engineers to work faster and more effectively. This includes designing, building, and deploying AI agents and automation that accelerate every phase of the software development lifecycle.

Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable full-stack web applications using technologies like Node.js, React, Golang, and AWS, while collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams. Responsibilities also include building efficient components, optimizing performance, conducting thorough testing, and utilizing AI tools to accelerate development and contribute to AI-powered features.
