Trust & Estate Attorney (Senior Associate or Senior Counsel level)
The senior attorney will independently manage trust and estate litigation matters, including drafting legal documents and representing clients in hearings and trials. They are also responsible for handling conservatorship, guardianship, and probate administration proceedings from initiation to conclusion.
