The Senior Utility GIS Analyst will develop and maintain client utility GIS databases by performing spatial analysis, data entry, and quality control procedures. They will also collaborate with project stakeholders, mentor junior staff, and support field activities such as construction inspections and utility locating.

The GIS Analyst supports the development and maintenance of client utility GIS systems by entering spatial data and producing custom maps and analysis. They also collaborate with stakeholders, perform diagnostic maintenance on geometric networks, and assist with field inspections and utility locates.

Support base civil engineer responsibilities regarding the acquisition, management, accounting, and disposal of government real property. Perform FIAR actions, maintain inventory files, and manage real estate grants and compliance inspections.

Manage the acquisition, accounting, and disposal of government real property while ensuring FIAR readiness and audit compliance. Coordinate real estate grants, leases, and permits in accordance with Air Force guidance and maintain accurate property records.
