Participants will develop professional and intercultural communication skills tailored for the Canadian workplace. Learning is applied through projects and presentations based on real-world workplace scenarios.

Participants are expected to engage in self-directed online learning via Coursera to build professional skills. They must complete at least one course in the first month and maintain consistent progress.
