You will be responsible for auditing claims, identifying systemic denial patterns, and codifying RCM expertise into scalable SOPs and product requirements.

The Revenue Cycle Success Manager serves as the primary relationship owner for customers, driving strategic narrative, leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and managing escalations end-to-end to ensure improved financial outcomes for practices. This role also translates customer needs and performance data into structured feedback for internal Product teams to prioritize necessary improvements.

The Billing Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, overseeing both financial health and the performance of assigned billing teams, focusing on maximizing revenue recovery through effective management and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive relationship management. Key duties include managing day-to-day billing operations, leading QA for denials and A/R, developing appeal strategies, guiding billing specialists, and tracking key performance metrics.
