The Technical Support Engineer will provide remote and on-site support for DAS solutions, including commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting. They are responsible for managing customer tickets, conducting root cause analysis, and ensuring high-quality delivery standards.

The Director will creatively sell JMA's portfolio of high-performance Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) nationwide, focusing on building relationships and understanding customer decision-making processes. Responsibilities also include managing the sales funnel, providing accurate forecasts, collaborating cross-functionally, and executing detailed territory and account plans.
