Lead enterprise-wide impact measurement systems and data infrastructure, including the American Job Quality Survey and State Impact Strategy. Oversee research activities for funded projects and contribute to business development through proposal writing and funder cultivation.

Manage the end-to-end proposal process for federal, state, and local grants and contracts, including drafting, budgeting, and submission. Improve development operations by creating templates, managing award portals, and maintaining boilerplate language.

The Senior Accountant manages daily accounting functions, including payroll review, bank reconciliations, and month-end close processes. They also ensure compliance with internal controls and support annual audit preparation and financial reporting for donors.
