Lead and coordinate fundraising initiatives to diversify the organization's funding base through high-quality proposals and donor stewardship. Manage the RFP pipeline and maintain strong relationships with foundations, bilaterals, and multilaterals.

The advisor will build and activate a broad network of funder relationships to diversify revenue streams beyond foundations. They will provide strategic guidance on narratives and action plans to support the scale-up of maternal and newborn health programs across Sub-Saharan Africa.

The Head of Country Expansion translates global strategy into high-quality programme delivery and sustainable growth across existing markets. This includes managing strategic partnerships, deepening integration with government health systems, and leading a team of managers and consultants.
