The role involves diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues for clients while owning support cases from end to end. Additionally, the engineer will perform proactive system monitoring and support infrastructure changes to ensure platform stability.

This role also involves taking ownership of production incident response, leading handling, conducting blameless post-incident reviews, and continuously improving operational processes.

The role involves developing and delivering new features for Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and integrations, while also maintaining existing functionality including Apex, legacy Aura components, and flows. Responsibilities also include configuring Salesforce environments, diagnosing production issues, assisting in complex implementations, and creating technical documentation.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and modern frameworks. Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers in an Agile environment to contribute to the modernization of the platform.
