Lead and coordinate Finance, Delivery Assurance & Administration, IT, and Procurement, ensuring operational continuity, clear accountability, effective controls, and timely escalation of risks. Oversee financial planning and reporting, improve operational systems and processes, and advise the Executive Director and leadership team on operational and financial decisions.
Contribute to security operations, vulnerability management, and technical risk assessments for blockchain and distributed systems. Ensure delivery assurance and perform security reviews within protocol-adjacent environments.
