Interplay

The primary responsibility is leading the development of a new company from a validated idea to a scaled production powerhouse, which includes defining strategy, developing the go-to-market plan, recruiting the team, and raising capital. The role involves running the entire company while leveraging institutional support provided by Interplay.

The associate will serve as outside general counsel to early-stage and growth companies, handling legal questions and providing business-minded guidance. They will also manage venture financings, draft and negotiate contracts, and advise on corporate governance and compliance.
