The Director executes the Global Advocacy and Policy Strategy by building strategic relationships with international standard-setting bodies and Global Councils. They are responsible for tracking global policy developments and coordinating IFPA's engagement across Asia, North America, and Europe.

Design and deliver high-quality education and talent development programs for Association members across various platforms. Manage program logistics, budgets, and collaborate with industry experts to ensure learning objectives are met.

The Director of Development is responsible for driving philanthropic revenue growth by executing a multi-year strategy across institutional, corporate, and major donor channels. They will lead the organization's grant strategy, manage donor pipelines, and collaborate with leadership to ensure programmatic outcomes are effectively communicated to funders.
