INSTITUTE FOR SAFE MEDICATION PRACTICES

The fellow will analyze medication error reports, author safety newsletters, and conduct research to improve medication safety. They will also communicate with healthcare practitioners and contribute to consulting work regarding medication packaging and labeling.

Acts as a subject matter expert on medication use processes to lead consulting activities, analyze error reports, and develop safety guidelines. Responsible for authoring newsletter content and providing guidance to healthcare practitioners to prevent medication errors.
