The role involves assisting the Medical Records team by making outbound calls, faxing, and emailing to handle status inquiries for outstanding entities. It also requires maintaining accurate diary entries in the system for all workflow events.

As a Record Retrieval Support, your main responsibility is to assist the team with status inquiries to outstanding entities. This will consist of mostly outbound phone calls, some faxing, emailing, and mailing via USPS/UPS through our mailroom.
