You will define claims processes, data structures, and rules from scratch to build an AI-powered automation platform. You will also act as the business-side product owner, managing the backlog and facilitating communication between operations and engineering teams.

Lead end-to-end onboarding and strategic partnership for enterprise mortgage clients to drive workflow automation and document extraction. Own the full customer lifecycle, including NRR targets, QBRs, and translating client feedback into product requirements.

Lead the global marketing strategy to drive predictable revenue growth and build a high-performing marketing organization. Own demand generation, product narrative, and the marketing tech stack while partnering with sales to refine the ICP and messaging.

You will manage the sales process for enterprise customers, specifically targeting the mortgage industry to help them scale operations. You will work directly with the VP of Sales to drive revenue and compete against major AI market players.
