The Service Desk Engineer is responsible for being the first point of contact for customers, diagnosing and resolving issues quickly to keep them operational and productive. This role involves triaging issues accurately and maintaining clear communication with customers throughout the resolution process.

Design and execute insight-led, multi-channel campaigns focused on solving real customer challenges to drive high-quality sales pipeline. Collaborate with sales and SMEs to develop outcome-focused messaging and optimize campaign performance using data.

Lead the transition from product-led to solution-led sales by building a consultative sales engine focused on customer outcomes. Manage high-value opportunities and coach a high-performing team to align technology with strategic business problems.

The Solution Architect will support commercial opportunities and the tender process by leading the solutioning of leads, preparing tailored demonstrations, and responding to RFPs/RFIs for Business Central engagements. Responsibilities also include maintaining technical expertise, coordinating handovers to the delivery team, and participating in marketing and community engagement activities.

As a BC Consultant, you will implement Business Central solutions for customers, including customization and data migration. You will also participate in client workshops to analyze and design D365 BC solutions and write functional specifications.
