Serve as a dedicated technical advisor for US Government customers to drive the adoption and implementation of the Immuta data provisioning platform. Lead technical strategy, design proof-of-concepts, and translate customer feedback into product improvements.

Serve as the strategic technical leader for assigned customer accounts to drive product adoption and implementation. Act as a bridge between customers and the product organization to influence the roadmap based on field insights.

Triage and resolve complex customer issues across multiple systems while leading cross-functional incident responses. Develop internal documentation and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve the platform based on customer feedback.
