The Head of Commercial is responsible for driving revenue growth by building and executing an institutional sales strategy from the ground up. This includes managing the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiation to successful client onboarding.
Support and mentor local Circle Stewards in executing community impact projects and managing regional reporting. Act as the primary liaison between Logos and local circles to facilitate logistics and promote community visibility.
Lead the design and operation of an institutional-grade on-chain treasury, managing security, integrity, and wallet architecture across multiple jurisdictions. Responsible for incident response, liquidity execution, and the development of automated operational frameworks and reporting.
Own the monthly close process and ensure the integrity of books across a multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction group to provide clean management accounts for FP&A. Lead the accounting team while driving the adoption of AI and automation to optimize finance operations and maintain investor-ready financial posture.
Volunteers will facilitate meetups, introduce Logos, and guide groups toward action. They will also project manage the delivery of winnable issues and coordinate with core contributors from Logos.
