The Senior Associate manages the Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring data integrity and providing technical support for the 10KSB program. They also oversee program implementation at specific sites, manage outreach processes, and provide strategic guidance to stakeholders.

The Telephone Surveyor will conduct outreach to program alumni via phone, text, and email to encourage survey completion. They are also responsible for tracking call data in Google Workspace and providing daily progress reports.
