The Principal Product Manager will define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the TrueNAS product line, leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. They will engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.

The role involves developing and optimizing capabilities for AI infrastructure on TrueNAS, including vectorization pipelines and GPU-accelerated inference. The engineer will also work on AIOps for anomaly detection and predictive maintenance.

The role owns organic search and channel marketing, focusing on SEO execution, email campaigns, and organic social media. It involves managing industry council relationships and distributing content to generate an inbound pipeline.

Develop and maintain automated test infrastructure for Web UI, API, and CI pipelines to ensure product quality. Design and execute performance qualification tests for enterprise integrations and author technical white papers and sizing guides.

This executive role leads and unifies global customer support, customer care, and professional services across the entire customer lifecycle, ensuring a high-quality customer experience while maintaining cost discipline. The VP acts as the senior escalation authority and is responsible for defining and executing a multi-year strategy for global operations, driving automation and efficiency.
