The role focuses on analyzing manufacturing costs, establishing standard costs, and ensuring accurate inventory valuation and reporting. It also involves performing month-end closes, managing outside processing inventory, and supporting continuous improvement projects.

Responsible for driving profitable sales growth through existing and new foodservice distributors and operators in California and Nevada. This includes managing customer relationships, executing account strategies, and collaborating with internal support functions to service the region.
