Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of global expat Premier Clients to manage their personal banking and wealth needs. Proactively identify client needs and collaborate with internal specialists to grow portfolios and secure new business.

Responsible for the IT service ownership of the US SWIFT infrastructure, managing cross-functional teams and aligning technology strategy with business goals. This includes budget management, risk assessment, and the delivery of change programs as per the annual Book of Work.

In this role, you will handle inbound calls and provide high-quality service to top-tier customers by effectively resolving their enquiries. You will interpret and analyze customer enquiries to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
