The Regional Manager is responsible for coaching and supporting retail teams to enhance product knowledge and drive sales performance for Hisense products. They will conduct regular store visits to assess execution, ensure merchandising compliance, and build strong relationships with retail leadership.

Establish and grow the commercial cooling business in the US by developing relationships with beverage companies, bottlers, and retail customers. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions and monitor industry trends to provide market feedback.

The role involves researching international standards for video encoding and decoding, such as H.264/AVC and H.266/VVC, and designing, implementing, and optimizing core video algorithm modules. Additionally, the expert will explore next-generation technologies like AI-assisted encoding and participate in standard conferences like MPEG.
