Associate Director - Diligence
Conduct financial due diligence, field examinations, and specified procedures for asset-based financing and M&A transactions, including analyzing receivables, inventory, payables, controls, and collateral. Interview management, inspect facilities and inventory, and, at experienced levels, lead project teams, communicate findings to clients, and mentor junior staff.
