The Associate General Counsel will manage litigation, arbitration, and regulatory disputes while providing expert legal advice on employment and intellectual property matters. They will also collaborate with internal teams and outside counsel to develop litigation processes and support regulatory compliance efforts.

The Business Recruiter will own the full-cycle recruiting process for business roles, including intake, sourcing, negotiation, and closing, while partnering closely with hiring managers to define requirements and strategies. Responsibilities also include proactively sourcing high-quality candidates, building talent pipelines for functions like Marketing and Finance, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
