The Head of Growth is responsible for setting and executing the growth strategy, managing paid acquisition channels, and optimizing funnels to drive profitable revenue. You will also lead SKU testing, oversee growth modeling, and provide growth support to other portfolio companies within the Mechanism Ventures ecosystem.
