You will build and own the company's experimentation operating system to drive growth across the customer journey. This involves identifying high-impact opportunities, defining hypotheses, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to execute and measure experiments.

You will support the CEO by managing cross-functional business initiatives and coordinating tech and AI integration projects. You will also assist in daily operations, including brand relaunches and growth strategies across multiple pet-focused companies.
