Harambeans

The Admissions Fellow is responsible for executing the Harambe Admissions Process, including recruiting high-caliber African entrepreneurs and managing the admissions cycle. This includes maintaining the Admissions Playbook, coordinating global recruitment events, and managing candidate data and interviews.

Manage the rules-based system of the Prosperity Fund to deploy capital into Harambean-founded ventures across Africa. Responsibilities include assessing investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and preparing investment memos for the Investment Advisory Committee.
