You will be responsible for the architecture, development, and maintenance of embedded firmware for connected devices using C/C++ on ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers. Additionally, you will manage IoT connectivity, implement cybersecurity measures, and improve development practices using CI/CD pipelines and generative AI.
Lead, coach, and develop a remote team of eight technical customer service representatives, including monitoring performance, supporting onboarding, and addressing performance or attendance issues. Oversee daily service operations, escalations, scheduling, and quality improvement while coordinating with technical experts and other teams.
Act as the primary point of contact for technical alerts from smart electrical monitoring systems in agricultural buildings. Guide clients through intervention procedures, document cases, and coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues.
