ERISA Litigation Associate
The litigation associate will represent clients in class actions and complex litigation matters involving retirement and healthcare plan administration. They will also handle investigations conducted by federal agencies.
The litigation associate will represent clients in class actions and complex litigation matters involving retirement and healthcare plan administration. They will also handle investigations conducted by federal agencies.
The associate will support the firm's Plan Sponsor group by managing compliance for non-qualified deferred compensation plans and executive programs subject to 409A. Additionally, they will provide general support for qualified plans including 401(k), profit-sharing, and defined benefit arrangements.
The associate will advise clients on the design, operation, and compliance of tax-qualified retirement plans. Responsibilities include drafting plan documents and conducting legal research to address complex retirement and tax issues.
