The counsel will support the Retirement, Executive Compensation and Tax group on compliance matters for non-qualified deferred compensation and equity plans. Additionally, they will provide general support for qualified plans including 401(k) and defined benefit plans.

The associate will advise clients on the design, operation, and compliance of tax-qualified retirement plans. Responsibilities include drafting plan documents and conducting legal research to address complex retirement and tax issues.
