The Technical Engineer 1 provides front-line technical support to Managed Services clients by resolving quick and basic user requests. Responsibilities include managing tickets, maintaining documentation, and translating complex technical issues into common language for clients.

The Project Manager is responsible for leading multiple project teams to deliver simultaneous medium and large-sized IT projects while exceeding customer expectations. They must manage resources and schedules throughout the project lifecycle while promoting industry-standard processes and frameworks.
